Shotskies experience with electrical and Air Conditioning in Jordan Springs

Jordan Springs barely existed before 2010, it’s built entirely on the old ADI munitions site and only became its own suburb in 2011. Almost everything here is a genuinely new build, which makes it a different kind of job to most of the rest of Penrith.

New doesn’t mean nothing to check though, it’s the suburb where I get the most EV charger enquiries, because garages and switchboards here are usually a much easier upgrade than in an older home.

It’s also where ducted air conditioning gets asked for as standard rather than an upgrade, these are bigger, more open floor plans built with it in mind from the start.

Jordan Springs still copes with the same brutal Penrith summers as anywhere else out here, sea breeze doesn’t reach this far inland. I’m based locally in Emu Plains rather than out of area, so an urgent job in Jordan Springs still gets a fast response. I can help make sure the switchboard, air con and EV charging are all set up properly from day one.
