Wiring Sorted While the Walls Are Open
A renovation is your one easy chance to fix the electrical things that annoy you: not enough power points, poor lighting, a switchboard that is already at its limit. Once the walls are lined, all of that gets harder and dearer.
I will come out, look at your plans, and tell you plainly what is worth doing now and what can wait. Then I coordinate with your builder so the rough-in wiring goes in at the right stage, and come back to fit off once the walls are done.
