The Right Size for the Room
A split system suits a single room or open-plan area: a bedroom, living room or home office. The unit on the wall does the work, with a compressor outside. Most installs are quick once the size and position are settled.
I size the unit to the room, its windows and which way it faces, then place the indoor and outdoor units for tidy pipework and quiet running. Refrigerant work is carried out under ARCtick authorisation.
