Electrical Planned Properly From the Start
Most new-home electrical packages give you a set number of points and lights and little else. That is fine on paper, but it rarely matches how a family actually uses a home. Adding to it once you have moved in means cutting into fresh plaster.
I will go through your plans room by room, work out where you will really need power and light, and get it wired in at rough-in. Where it makes sense, I will future-proof for things like data, outdoor points and a switchboard that can handle what you add later, all within a sensible budget.

I’m Steve, your local electrician in Penrith. I’ve run Shotskies across Penrith and Western Sydney for ten years, and I do the work myself, so the person who quotes your job is the one who turns up to do it.
Most people don’t know much about electrical work, and there is no reason they should. I will explain what is going on in plain English, tell you what I would do in your shoes, and only recommend what you actually need. If a smaller fix will do, I will say so.
